By downloading or using the SnapFuel application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the Service.

SnapFuel is NOT a medical device. The content provided (including meal plans, nutritional data, and AI advice) is for informational purposes only.

• Always consult with a physician or qualified healthcare provider before starting any diet or fitness program.
• Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on this App.
• We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any nutritional information.

Our Service uses Artificial Intelligence to generate content.

• Accuracy: AI may generate incorrect, misleading, or offensive information ("hallucinations"). Recipes may be inedible or physically impossible.
• Safety: AI may not identify allergens or unsafe food combinations. You must verify all ingredients and instructions yourself.
• Liability: We accept no liability for any actions taken based on AI-generated advice. Use your own judgment.
• Prohibited Use: You may not use the AI features to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse these features.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

User Content: You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant us a license to use it to provide the Service. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, offensive, or violates third-party rights.

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Premium").

• Subscriptions are managed via your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account.
• Payment will be charged to your account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Account Settings.

In no event shall SnapFuel, its creators, or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any content obtained from the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
